Standard Warranty

All M2 Lighting Designs products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty applies to:

  • Faulty manufacturing or assembly

  • Material defects that affect functionality

  • Electrical components (for lighting products)


What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or negligence

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Natural variations in wood, marble, or ceramic finishes

  • Accidental damage during transit or after installation

  • Items modified or repaired by unauthorized parties


How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please:

  1. Contact us at info@m2lighting.com.au within the warranty period

  2. Provide your proof of purchase and a clear description of the issue

  3. Include photos of the product and any visible damage

Once we receive your claim, a member of our team will assess the issue and guide you through the next steps.


Remedies

If your claim is approved, we will:

  • Repair the product, or

  • Replace the product with the same model, or

  • Offer a store credit or refund at our discretion

Shipping costs for warranty returns will be covered by M2 Lighting when the claim is approved.
